In an emergency, call 999. Ardenlyx is a wellbeing app, not an emergency service. For urgent but non-emergency medical advice, call NHS 111. If you're worried about a change in your own or a family member's health, speak to your GP.
Email [email protected] — we aim to reply within one working day.
Ardenlyx Health Group Ltd, Apartment 299 Orion Building, 90 Navigation Street, Birmingham B5 4AE, United Kingdom.
Ardenlyx has two sides. Vale is your own daily wellbeing — a simple score built from your sleep, movement and recovery, with gentle guidance on what today is good for. Haven is the family side — it lets people you choose see how you're doing, and tells them if something seems worth a check-in.
No. Ardenlyx is a wellbeing service. It doesn't diagnose, treat or predict any medical condition, and it isn't a substitute for medical advice. We'll tell you when something might be worth mentioning to your GP — we'll never tell you what's wrong.
Your scores are personal — they compare you to you, not to an average. That takes about a week of wearing your device before we can say anything meaningful. Until then we'd rather say we're still learning than show you a number we don't trust.
Only you, and any family member you've explicitly invited. You choose what each person sees, and you can remove their access at any time from the app. We never sell your data and we don't show advertising. See our app privacy policy for the detail.
Open Haven, tap the person's name, and remove the link. It takes effect immediately.
Ardenlyx works with Apple Watch and iPhone (via Apple Health), and on Android via Health Connect. It also works with Ardenlyx's own wearables. You don't need our hardware to use the app.
Safety is never behind a paywall. SOS, daily check-ins and location sharing are included on every plan, including Free.
Pro and Premium are managed by Apple or Google, not by us. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Ardenlyx → Cancel. On Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Ardenlyx → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Haven is managed by us, because it includes the watch and its mobile connection. Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
Nothing, for two weeks. The watch keeps detecting falls and calling for help throughout — we cover the mobile connection during that time. We'll let you and your family know well before anything changes, and everything resumes the moment payment goes through.
In the app: Profile → Delete account. Everything is removed from our servers immediately and permanently. There's no waiting period and nothing is retained.
If a subscription payment has failed, your watch keeps working for 14 days while we sort it out. If your watch says it isn't connected and you haven't had a payment problem, email [email protected] and we'll look into it.
Email [email protected] with your device (for example iPhone 15, iOS 26) and what happened. Screenshots help a lot.
We design for older eyes and hands: large type, high contrast, and generous tap targets. If something is hard to use, please tell us — we'd genuinely like to know.
Ardenlyx was founded by two NHS doctors who kept seeing the same thing: families who wanted to help someone they love age well, and no honest, gentle way to do it. We build for that.
